Check your bin collection day
You can use this service to check your collection day for a residential property.
Before you start
- If your property is a new build, you need to have applied for Council Tax and have received a reference. If this has not been done, the collections will not be set up.
- you will need to know your full address to check your collection information
- you will see information for all collection services available at your property
New or recently completed properties
Bin collection information is only available for properties that are registered for Council Tax within Tunbridge Wells Borough.
If your property is a new build or has recently been completed, you will need to:
- register with our Council Tax team and confirm your occupation date.
- wait until your property is officially occupied and added to our system.
Once this process is complete, your bin collection services will be set up and visible through the online checker.
