Stay connected

There are lots of ways that you can stay connected whilst still adhering to government guidelines for everyone to stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

We encourage people to stay in regular contact with friends and family during this time, particularly checking in with those who are self-isolating or living alone.

There are a range of apps such as WhatsApp and Skype that can support video calling but picking up the phone to chat works just as well!

Tips for dealing with anxiety during coronavirus

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak may cause you to feel anxious, stressed, worried, sad, helpless, overwhelmed, confused or angry. It's important to remember it is OK to feel this way and that everyone reacts differently to different events.

There are some simple things you can do to help you take care of your mental health and wellbeing during times of uncertainty – and doing so will help you think clearly and make sure you are able to look after yourself and those you care about.
