As of 11 April 2016, changes are being made to create the provision of an express service for producing authenticated duplicates of completion certificates and decision notices within three working days.

Duplicate of a completion certificate or approval notice

An authenticated duplicate of a completion certificate will be provided within three working days subject to a charge of £15. If two or more copies are required (per dwelling) then the charge will not exceed £30. Please email your request to buildingcontrol@tunbridgewells.gov.uk or bcr@tunbridgewells.gov.uk.

Building regulations property history search

A report will be provided on all building regulations applications for any particular property going back to 1974. Copies or authenticated duplicates of an original completion certificate will be provided for any application we have received with the report. This information will be provided within five working days subject to a charge of £40.
