You can use this service to tell us about a problem you've experienced with any equipment in our car parks.
Before you start
You can tell us about problems with:
- a ticket machine
- a car park lift
- any other equipment in the car park
Please note that if you lost money due to a ticket machine fault and you wish to apply for a car park payment refund, you should use our car park refund service. This form is only for reporting faults.
