Before you start
To make a payment online you will need:
- a debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard only)
- the first line of the site address
- your planning application reference number
- Planning Portal references begin with a PP then have eight digits
- Tunbridge Wells references appear as 20/xxxxx/xxxx where 20 is the year
- alternatively enter N/A if you have neither of these application references
