10th December 2025 adoption of the Tunbridge Wells Local Plan 2020-2038.

The Local plan must be read as a whole with all relevant policies being material to the decision making process. The Local Plan has some specific policies which cover the expectations for the strategic development at Paddock Wood and east Capel under policy STR/SS1(The Strategy for Paddock Wood, including land at east Capel) found at page 146 of the Local Plan, and under policy STR/SS2 (The Strategy for Paddock Wood Town Centre) found at page 159 of the Local Plan.
