Developer contribution data 2022/23

All local planning authorities are required by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to publish their developer contributions data on a regular basis and in an agreed format.

Section 106 (S106) contributions are any financial or non-financial developer contributions agreed in legal agreements to mitigate the impact of a development. We report on the status of our S106 contributions annually.
