Comment on an application
If you're concerned about a licensing application and it is open to public consultation, you can make a representation to let us know your opinion. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. If you do you may be fined up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
Your representation must be made in writing, select 'contact us' for details of our licensing teams.
You can view applications that are undergoing consultation by searching our licence register, as well as view existing licences.
